ACE OF CLUBS GIG A SUCCESS!

What a great night at Ace of Clubs. As it always is, it was a pleasure to perform with Billy Loose on drums, Kelli McCloud on vocals, Andrew Potenza on percussion and for the first time with Annie Hussick on bass and Dan Anibal on piano. Great vibes were created. (John, the club’s sound-man provided heaps of vibe in the way of reverb and e.q. as well. Thanks John.)

Thanks to the many friends and friends of friends who turned out for the show and thank you to photographer friends, Mikael Vojinovic and Robbin Valentine who turned up with thier cameras to document many memorable moments in pixel form.

Also, sharing the bill with famous friend Martin Bisi was a blast. Martin’s group is very avant garde and cool worth checking out.

SOUTHERN TOUR DONE

A great time was had traveling through and doing solo electric and acoustic shows in the South. Shows in Durham NC, Wilmington NC and Winston-Salem NC, Nashvlle TN went well and many new friends were made! Although Austin TX and the SXSW music festival was to be the outer limits of the tour, a last minute change in scheduling canceled that part of the trip. Nonetheless, the tour was successful and fun. Very cool people and lots of southern hospitality and great barbeque.
